We have stayed here 3 times we like the location cleanliness of the room housekeeping always offering clean towels and toiletries during our stay, staff is friendly with the exception of the breakfast staff they look like they wish people would just stop eating the food you almost feel bad standing there waiting for items to be replenished as mentioned this our 3rd time staying here but this time we notice how they’re has downgraded with less options no fresh fruit, juice pastries, etc. just less compared to other years but nonetheless I can over look this and suck it up and would stay again.

This is the 2nd yr in a row my family and I chose to live here. The staff is so polite and welcoming, the pool is open 24 hrs, and the facility is always clean. Old Town full of food, fun, and games is right across from the hotel, perfect walking distance. Disney world is about 10 minutes from the hotel as well. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and stores in the area. Whenever we go back to Disney World, Comfort Suites Maingate East will always be my family favorite place to stay.

I didn't personally stay here, as I booked this place for my aunties, but I asked for their feedback. They commented that the beds were very comfy, the room size more than met their expectations and they had everything they needed. The breakfast was good and they loved the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. In terms of location, it was right next door to where we were staying so we could meet up easily and with Old Town just across the car park, there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Acacia

The hot breakfast, as far as buffets go, was way above my expectation compared to many others thoughout Florida. WEverything was hot, tasty and Micky Mouse thick waffles were a real surprise and I personally never even ate one! The overall value with breakfast included was way beyond. LARGE adjoining rooms was an unexpected appreciation. Could easily have been priced a little higher and still filled the place.

Varied breakfast that included eggs and meat. Breakfast room had plenty of tables and led out to the pool area if you wanted to eat outside. There were gluten free bagels in wrap. The waffles were made by staff and were always ready. The pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We received housekeeping service every day.
